Dr. Norton began working in correctional environments over 30 years ago, first employed as a Correctional Officer/Counselor, then a MA level psychologist, and for the last 26 years as a Ph.D. level psychologist. He has worked in Federal, State, and County Correctional facilities, at all different security levels, plus provided evaluations for individuals on parole/probation. He has conducted training and presentations on a number of correctional/criminal related topics.
