Dr. Norton completed a supervised practicum in Law Enforcement as a component of his doctoral training, he has since worked with Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies for nearly 23 years. He continues to receive and provide ongoing training in Law Enforcement Psychology. Dr. Norton has conducted numerous pre-employment evaluations for a number of Law Enforcement agencies, ranging in size from 5 officers to over 1000. Dr. Norton also conducts psychological evaluations of Law Enforcement college students, prior to entering the Skills portion of their training. Dr. Norton would be able to meet with officer applicants in your local area.
