Since 2005, Dr. Norton has contracted with an international police agency that deploys law enforcement officers to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other conflict areas. He has conducted several hundred pre-mission evaluations as well as post-mission assessments. He has been deployed on multiple occasions for brief periods to many countries in the Middle East.
Dr. Norton worked from 2011-2012, at the U.S. Embassy, Kabul Afghanistan, with the Department of State, providing counseling and training to civilian personnel, law enforcement officers, and military personnel, deployed throughout Afghanistan.
Dr. Norton provides services for law enforcement and security personnel, plus general civilians, who will be deployed to conflict zones. These services can be conducted in the U.S. prior to deployment and while in the host country.
